Historic Inns of Annapolis

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great location in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Unfortunately I have to give a three star rating for dirtiness. Our duvet cover had a lot of lint and hair. Carpet also had a big brown stain. The shower curtain was dirty and had black spots and streaks. Bath rug had a huge yellow stain.

We love the location and being able to stay in a historic inn. We did have some issues. We checked out on a Saturday there was only one valet driver. It took a long time to receive our car. Not the end of the world, COVID has changed things. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the shower and all over the sheets and comforter. We requested a different room and they were unable to accommodate. Housekeeping was sent up, they changed the linens, except for the comforter. When we asked if we could get a new comforter, we were told there were none available. We were brought two wool blankets. I would consider other accommodations in this area before staying here again. We did stay at the Maryland Inn in the past and did not have these issues. Just considering due to COVID wondering how well everything else in the room was cleaned.

The management and staff are amazing. Each space is unique and each has so many historical artifacts to see.

Incredibly accommodating and gracious hosts. We just spent the weekend here with a large group and had an absolutely fantastic night. They worked with us on all the planning an coordination and really did everything they could to make our time here catered to. Will be coming back again soon.

Love the historical style deco and location is unbeatable, state house is literally in front of your window, it’s close to everything in downtown Annapolis, only problem is the the extremely poor quality WiFi ud83dude02
