Mister Car Wash

I’ve driven pass Mister Car Wash for years and wanted to try the service. I had time today so I stopped in. The young woman who signed me in was a pleasure - polite, conscientious, helpful. The car cleaning was about $40 because I got the full interior and exterior cleaning with my interior mats cleaned. The service was rather quick. When I went to my car, the outside looked great but the inside was terrible. Interior cleaning missed my backseats the driver door, and the front passenger door - there was still debris in those areas. I asked the technician to clean those areas again. After I left, I noticed the center console, cup holders, and rear view mirror were not cleaned. There was now a fingerprint on the rear view mirror! After paying $40, I had to clean those areas myself. I would rather wait longer for a good and thorough cleaning. I am not a satisfied customer.

I was surprised at high price increase for monthly fee. It was almost $20 increase! In addition, I needed to request car to be redone. The inside was not vacuumed thoroughly, fingers were still on windows, and console was still dirty. I had to request car to be redone. The second time around there were still some areas neglected that I had pointed out before and after car service the first and second time around. They had to be redone. Finally because of time I had to leave. I hope next time will be better. I have been a monthly customer for a long time. If there is a price increase like one I mentioned I expect my car to be done well as well as improved servicesnIt wasn't busy, so its not that they had a lot of cars to handle. In addition, I hope customers' requests and concerns are better listened to. I had made the request initially to have a really good vacuuming, as well as to pay extra attention to my console area. This was not attended to until I had to point it out and have it all redone. Sometimes I have limited time frame, and hope to get out of there under 30 minutes. Instead I was there almost an hour making me late to next appointment. Hoping to have better attention to details and concerns pointed out next time.

Decided to try this car wash today .I paid 29 dollars and they never even wiped down the center console .They were not busy so you would think try a little harder ...That is the whole reason i went in. Vacuum was good .outside is clean . I will not be back .I will try the Edgewater one next week .See how they do !

Just left the Annapolis Mister Carwash location and they did such a great job on my wife’s Explorer that I needed to write a review. My son and I were in and out and the car looks like new. Great staff!! Thanks!

Fabulous clean inside & out! Courteous, welcoming staff. Definitely the carwash place to keep on our household list!
