Autobell Car Wash

I just recently opened an unlimited plan for exterior and interior cleaning with the Autobell in Chester, MD - switching from another company after 5 years. The plan I have calls for a full exterior and interior cleaning; however, after three times using the plan I am very disappointed in the quality of the interior cleaning. On two occasions it was clear that the employee team did not vacuum the car at all in the rear compartment of my SUV - literally not at all. The interior windows had not been wiped and the floor of the rear compartment had not been touched at all. After asking the staff - on both occasions - if they had actually even attempted to clean the back they said they didn’t and then did a very quick cleaning but it was still not clean. The general interior condition was not clean throughout the car after coming thru. On all three occasions I was left disappointed and wondering what I was actually paying for. I’m not inclined to keep a plan with Autobell. I’ve seen effective unlimited plans and don’t expect everything to be cleaned perfectly - but this was beyond unreasonable. The cleaning staff has been friendly but beyond ineffective. Wouldn’t recommend this store and likely will leave - really not sure what I’m even paying for!

Great job;but be prepared to pay a pretty penny. Best deal right now runs $35.00 yes best deal. Leaves no room for tip. Still haven't found that car wash that doesn't streak the windshield. You'd think for the price that would matter. Thanks guys for great job detailing; but 3 guys so much to tip all three,

Polite staff.Pricey. Worst part interior vacuuming missed alot of spots, same with window cleaning. I'd use it to knock off salt, nothing else.

Im an unlimited member with autobell. Thy always do a great job and are very efficient. Majority of there employees know me and my car and remember certain details that I look for in my wash.
