Janice does the best job on my hair!!
They have online check in and than make you wait 20-40 extra mins for your appointment and have a general bad attitude. The hair cut was good or there would be no stars. But it's funny how we all get the same canned response instead of a sincere apology. Last time this company will get money from me. The stylist was good but everything else was a problematic

This place is trash. I went there and asked for a 4.5 centimeter haircut, and the employee gives me a number 4 haircut. 2 very different things. Their ineptitude is appalling.
