Love Nail Spa

I went in for a dip on 11/16 and by 11/24 2 nails were completely chipped. I know they have the 2 week guarantee but I was quarantined due to my husband having COVID. My quarantine ended 12/2, which was 2 days after the 2 week guarantee ended. I messaged them 11/24 and told them that my nails were chipped but that I couldn't make it in until 12/2. They said that's fine and that they would make an exception. By the time I went in on 12/2 to get the nails fixed, 4 more nails had chipped SEVERELY. I've never had such a bad experience with nails chipping. They were so bad. So I explained about my quarantine and why I was 2 days past and that they had messaged me saying that I they would make an exception. I even showed them the message from Love Nail Spa saying they would make an exception. The receptionist said they can't make an exception. Then I asked to speak to the manager and he repeated that they can't make an exception. I was extremely frustrated because I was quarantined during the 2 week period and wasn't able to come in AND that they told me that they WOULD make the exception for me but now changed their minds so I totally wasted my time coming in to get them fixed. I asked to talk to someone else and they said they didn't know the owner's phone number. They said they'd take my number down and have him call me. They ended up agreeing to fix TWO of the nails after I basically demanded that they do so. They never took my number down though so I called to ask them to give the owner my number and I asked that I get a call that night and I never got one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Beware!

I loved it here!!! My guy did such a great job. My pedicure was so relaxing and amazing. The guy made sure when I did the wax that I got used to the heat first before putting my foot completely in it. I seriously will be back! Great services and great prices!

They were all friendly. The atmosphere is chic and pretty relaxing. The prices could he better! But their booking online system is amazing ! Last time I got a Mani it chipped the following day along with the rest of the week.

Pedicure is hands down the best I have ever recieved! The quality for acrylic nails is also really good!

Best nail salon in the area! They did a great job and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
