I booked an hour massage. I was late 10 minutes due to an accident I was a witness to on the way. I got there and completed the intake forms, which were supposed to be sent to me prior and were not. The massage therapist told me we had about 30 minutes together. I told her I booked an hour. She said, “Well, we were late getting here and you still have to get undressed and settled.” I got undressed by 2:46 pm and she entered the room and began my massage which was very rushed and uncomfortable. I did have some tough knots, but I asked her to work through those as gently as possible. I am in a ton of pain today (the day after) and I’ve consumed about a gallon of water. She ended the massage 6 minutes early. When I checked out, I was asked how my massage was and said, “it was okay”. I just wanted to get out of there and put some heat on my back.

Everyone was extremely friendly when I walked in. They informed me that it was about a 15 minute wait which was perfectly fine! I was happy they informed me right away and they had water and delicious sweet treats to try. I had Theresa and she was a delight to work with! She gave me plenty of tips after my session was complete. I would highly recommend her and Hand & Stone. I will definitely plan on going there again.

Walking in I instantly felt relaxed! The girl behind the counter was kind and helpful. Angela gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in my life!!! Do yourself a favor and get a hot stone massage! You won’t regret it.

The staff here are all so friendly. I treat myself to the occasional spa day and they always go out of their way to make sure it is as relaxing as possible. Both the massage therapists and the facial staff work to make your experience tailored to your wants and needs. It is just blissful. I always leave feeling more relaxed and my skin feeling more full and hydrated.

Just had a massage with Lora and she was AMAZING! I have never felt so relaxed in my life! She was very comforting, professional and engaged.
