We found ourselves without a working propane furnace going into the coldest weekend so far in January 2021. Greg came out on a Friday afternoon and diagnosed the problem as a bad part, but one which was in short supply locally. He was able to find an out-of-town distributor for the part and returned to our home that same evening to return our system to service . This proactive approach made it possible for us to get through the weekend without concerns for freeze-up damage to our home.nnWe highly recommend H & B Plumbing & Heating.

I am very disappointed in this company. I had a Trane heating system and ac unit installed in 2019 several months after that unit was installed I had problems with heating unit. They came out and put a Aftermarket blower motor bracket in my unit which then broke on January 1st 2021. I called several times for someone to come to look at the unit. had no response from them. My son can out to look at my unit. He told me the blower motor bracket was broke due to them using a Flimsy aftermarket motor mount bracket. He also said it was laying in the bottom of the heater which made the motor burn up that hooks to the fan because it could not spin freely. So my son ordered the parts and installed them for me. I would not recommend this company to anyone Due to the lack of their professionalism.

We had them out to install two complete HVAC units and the Pressure Tank for our well. Since we were doing both units, we shopped around to compare prices and the different manufacturer's. H&B came in with the best option and value for our money and their professionalism was top notch. All the technicians that came out were very respectful and did a great job installing everything to be neat and tidy. Gregg answered all our questions and was very accommodating with our schedules. Overall, we had a great experience with them and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

I just had H & B perform another service call for me. Bob, the owner, Kathy in service and Danny the plumber all did exceptional work. This was a difficult repair and Danny did exceptional work!!! Thank You
