Meadow Park

Nice park.. Driving passed over the bridge going into town and decided to stop and look over and seen a giant school of fish. Not exactly sure what they are but i grabbed my pole anyway lol.

Caught my pb on 9/8. So fair to say I had a great day of fishing and enjoying the beautiful weather. Park was very well maintained aside from general litter at the park picnic area; even with there being a trashcan provided at picnic tables. Very pretty to go for a walk or to hang at the picnic tables and kill some time.

So, there is one thing to know before you go to the park, rain, if it rained recently you don’t want to be anywhere near there, they literally built the park there because they had nothing else to do with the land and couldn’t build houses. The park has very nice fire works on the forth of July, walking trails, and a small play ground with plastic climbing walls, and swings. (Sometimes the swings have been vandalized and taken down.)

Would like it better if it did not flood every time it rain
