Why is these photos showing Colonial era people when this was originally American Indian land? There are no photos of this museum on Google showing the Indians that first inhabited this land. The Google photos are only showing the White Colonial people that came afterwards? You can see this is Indian land but all these photos are showing the White Colonials that were not original owners of this land. There are photos of the arrowheads and Indian artifacts but showing Colonials. Makes no sense.

Alot of artifacts packed into a quaint neat building. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Self guiding, take your time. Pictures allowed. Unusual items to purchase. Small flashlight might be helpful due to low lighting on some objects. Easy to get to andadequate parking. Easy hiking trails. Spent 4 hours there and had educational fun. My hobby is rocks, minerals, fossils and mother nature.

It's a neat little place. Ties in well with a visit to the park and science center. Learn about the native and colonial history of the area, Iron ore mining, the historic trails and battles, flora and fauna.
