This was my first time having my car detailed. From the moment I walked in and met Joe, I knew he was going to do an excellent job. He was kind and reassuring that he would have my car looking like new and he did just that. I was very pleased with his services, but more importantly, Joe is very personable and understanding - he even stayed late waiting for me to get there to pick up my car because of my schedule.
