Premier Cleaners

I was so impressed by the staff today that I had to post a review. My fiancée and I have been coming here for years because of the great prices and quality work they do. I just had ankle surgery and am on crutches. Today, when I went to pickup my clothes, the young lady working recognized me, came out to my car before I could get out, and offered to bring my clothes out to me. She and a young man brought all my clothes out and hung them in my car. It really meant a lot to me during this time when I’m injured. That’s the kind of service that makes me a lifetime customer. Thank you!!!

Their customer service is excellent and my clothes look like new every time I take them to wash in this place.

On Jan 30, I brought premier Cleaners 3 pairs of pants and 14 shirts for cleaning; they lost 1 pair of pants (which they eventually found and returned to me) and they lost 2 shirts and have not been able to find those. They also gave me someone else’s scarf, which I returned. They recommended that I take pictures of all of my clothes and said they recommend that to all their customers. Which indicates to me, in addition to my own experience, losing items seems to be an issue here. They have not refunded me for the lost shirts, nor compensated in anyway. No contact from the owner on the missing shirts, no phone calls of follow-up from any of the staff. I have repeatedly had to go to the store and inquire if they have found the shirts yet.nnOn Feb 10, I brought 4 shirts and 1 of the white shirts was returned with stains all over it and a note that said they tried unsuccessfully to get the stains out. The problem is, I didn’t drop off the shirt with all of the stains all over it. It looks like it got stuck in some machinery. The stains are all over the chest, back, and arms of the shirt. No explanation at all. So now with just these two visits to Premier Cleaners, I am out 3 shirts.nnIf I could give this place a negative rating, I would.

They got mad at me for asking for a receipt. They stained a shirt so I took it back, they got mad that I brought it back. They wanted to charge me for get the stain out. They never got the stain out. Worst service ever!

Beware of sudden price hike! I have been a loyal customer for many years. Today I showed up and found out they had doubled their prices. The reason my husband and I have given them multiple chances even despite losing garments or not cleaning them thoroughly from time to time was because of the value price. Now I found out dress is $6 to dry clean when it was under $3??nnUPDATE: I just picked up what will be my very last batch of clothes from here. They put someone else's garment in my order and misplaced one of my jumpsuits. This place is a disaster.
