New Cleaner

Hello Mr. Cecil, I appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review however I would appreciate it if you did not lie in your review just to give us a bad rating. I am the son of the owners for this business. The robe that you claimed to have brought to us was never brought to us out of the four times, 2 years, that you have dropped clothes off to our business.nWe have the proof. Google continues to take the picture proof down so if you want to come see the proof in person, you know where we are. In the four times, over two years, that you have dropped off clothes, there have only been shirts and one suit dropped off to us by you. Never a robe. I'm sorry that some other cleaners ruined your robe but do not put the blame on us as we have never cleaned that particular clothing item of yours. Maybe next time you need it professionally and properly cleaned, you could bring it to us and we will show you that we know what we are doing and you will give a proper review in return. Thank you.

Been there 3xs haven’t had any issues will follow up when there is little more to report. However, as of now no issues and everything doing as it should.*****ALERT ALERT ******nnOk ***UPDATE ON CLEANERS JUST HAD SERIOUS ISSUE!!!****nnDropped 1-jacket clean & pressn1-robe dry clean only (says on tag)Harry Potter collector for daughter.n2-Button up long sleeve polo( Ralph Lauren)n*******WAIT GET READY ***********n$145.00nRobe alone $85 why ok cause dry clean more expensive I get it. But didn’t dry clean machine washed and dried...WAIT... and shrunk the robe to where can only have be worn by my niece who weighs 115lbs. No biggie robe over $300 new. IDK ????nnJacket not cleaned but pressed still had lint on inside cloth. But wanted to charge me $40. Shirts $10 a piece and both no starch said they added in the wash.nnAnyway won’t be back people completely different rude, borderline belittling “if I knew how to dry clean I wouldn’t be here paying you. I’d do it myself.!!!”
