King Coin Laundry

Not happy with the service I received. I went to wash a ton of clothes put My $20 into their change machine and it took my money. I called the number that is posted and someone called me back. I explained to them what happen. He told me that someone would call me the next day. No call!!! I called them everyday to only get no answer and the a voicemail not set up. Terrible customer service! I want my money back! I spend a lot here twice a week for them to ignore my calls. They say they have cameras well look on your camera and you can see that I put my money in and nothing came out!

I been go here for months and the bathroom has always been out of order. I can understand if they don't want people to use when there is no attendant there, but even when it is staffed it cant be used. It is against the law to not have a working restroom and extremely inconvenient for a mother with four kids to have to go find a restroom in the middle of doing laundry.

At Kings Coin laundromat on 5/30/20, it's gross. All the washer doors have green slime around them! This place needs some serious cleansing.

Clean! Organized! Easy to use! The large space allows for so many washer and dryers which is great. Certain machines have an EFTPOS option instead of the usual coin payment, otherwise there's an ATM available to get cash.
