This place is so expensive. I just can't ever feel like I got my money's worth. Edit: Thank you for the reply. I understand that you are somewhere between a BBQ place and fast-food but not quite either. I would like some less expensive options, like the sliders are a good idea. I will say the brisket sandwich was good, but almost all the condiments were nearly out of the sandwich and on one side, I was halfway through before I realized there was any sauce. Still, it was satisfying. Again, thanks for the reply.

Good, courteous service. Good food. Need to stock up on apple turnovers though (my wife was really looking forward to having one and they were out).

Good food. Service was also good. The Turkey bacon ranch sandwich is my favorite. I also love the curly fries.

I ordered just a large Sweet Potato fry. After standing there waiting for 5 minutes the employee asked the cooks where my order was. They then put my fries down to be cooked. No sense of time urgency.

I ordered two meals , and they forgot one of them so i called them, and they said to give them our name and to come by and they would give us a free meal, we told the manager ( MACEY ) and all she said was she couldn't help cause theres no note . She shuts the window twice when we where talking to her. Absolutely unprofessional . Its not our fault they forgot to put our food in the bag and lost the note ! I paid for food that i did not get and she was not welling to help at all.
