Pelican Pointe Car Wash - Mandeville

Been here so many times to have my car washed. I think they do a much better job than all the other places. They will continue to get my business in the future.

One of the best car washes in town! Got my tires better than any other automatic around! Don't forget the free vacuum!

For the price that ones charged at this car wash location, I believe that one should have a greater time period where one can bring in their vehicle due to bad weather approaching or because something else might have happened to where you need a rewash! I was so put off on several occasions at this car wash. Faking my smile but being very courteous and a gentleman at all times, not wanting anything to happen to my vehicle I went into the area where you put your payment method in and the young lady walked over to me and asked me, “sup.“ I stated, “excuse me?” She then said “sup man? Need dat washed??” I’m a 41-year-old man and I know I’m not too far removed from reality or in my communication skills with younger generations such as this young lady. The point of my story is that as I agreed to the price with for a monthly deal, I had the young lady take my credit card and get the information she needed for that to happen and after 35 minutes I was sitting there wondering what was taking so long, so I walked over to where their little shack is and I noticed that she was having a grand time with her friends smoking a cigarette and laughing it up! Me, not thinking any of this foolishness was funny whatsoever, asked for my card back and then asked if I could have the cars behind me move because I did not want to have my SUV washed there ever because if that’s the type of people that are put in charge of prepping your car before it’s going to be washed, then I definitely do not want to be a part of it. As many Mandevilliannens know, they have a much better, more respected, and overall much more positive attitudes of the employees at this car wash. Also, at this very well-known place that gives you much more time to go in and have your car recleaned if something should happen to it. They are very friendly, they do a much better job-hands down-compared to Pelican Point it is also wonderful to see people enjoying what they do. An indication of this is a smile. Every time I get my vehicle washed and cleaned out, everyone is always smiling, from the employees to the managers to the people waiting on their cars. It is the complete opposite than it is at the other car washing location!

The drive through car wash is the best we've been through!! I just wish they offered a complete in and out cleaning...
