Loved ones are unable to deposit funds for commissary, phone or video visits because the website is always down. They also went without electricity for weeks on end!!! Vey concerning and upsetting to those who have loved ones!!!

My boyfriend was in a car wreck. He broke his nose, his back was hurt , and he was covered in blood. He was incoherent so he walked away from the wreck. I went to the scene and then found him wandering down the road. I got him in my car and made the decision to rush him to the ER because it would be faster than waiting for an ambulance. The police pulled us over with their gun drawn and pointed at us. They then proceeded to remove my hurt boyfriend from the car and hand cuff him. They wouldn't let me anywhere near him. He stayed in the back of a cop car hand cuffed while in a horrible condition. When did police start pulling guns and handcuffing someone that is injured from a car wreck. He didn't hit anyone. He wreck in a field. I have the entire scene on video. I have pictures of my boyfriend at the ER showing how pitiful he looked. There was obviously no way he was a danger to these cops. I contacted their office to complain and the supervisor laughed and hung up on me. What the heck is wrong with you people?!?!?!?
