Matt Judson has worked with me for almost 2 years on 2 different properties. The transition with the sale of one and purchase of the second was so smooth it felt effortless. Any issues I have had along the way he has addressed in a timely fashion. I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today without his help.

Let's ignore the fact that they say they do background checks, and then rent our commercial space to a convicted murderer.nnLet's ignore that they pitch false information to prospective tenants about rent amounts, tenant improvements, and other issues like free parking, utility, and property upkeep just to get a commission?nnBut what I can't ignore is how with no warning, they decide now that I am 2000 miles away to drop us, and we can't get a reason or an answer!?nnEven the owner blows us off? Mike could easily reach out after we called 3 times to see who has our key. All bad.nnBoo, talk about kicking us when we are down.nMaybe we are too small of an operation?
