When we first met Diane Drummy she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Diane would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Diane also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

The property listed on 55th and Burleigh is a mess. Neighbors have been picking up the trash on the lawn after calls to Diane had no impact. Right now, the grass is about a foot tall. I think this reflects poorly on Prestige Realty and my neighborhood.

As a contractor is the area, I have business relationships with hundreds of realtors. When it was time for our family to buy a house, Prestige Realty of WI was who I chose. Diane is an excellent realtor. She is very responsive, professional and understands the real estate market. She also has built, bought and sold many of her own homes giving her a well rounded perspective of the entire home buying process and values. Diane is also a local small business entrepreneur which I have a great value for as a small business owner myself. Prestige Realty is HER name, and you will see the value she puts on it as she serves her customer base.
