I would never rent from this overpriced apartment again.I agree with the other reviews that the staff is incompetent to say the least. I was given incorrect information by several individuals at various times during our short stay there regarding our lease. I was mislead and given false information numerous times- completely unethical behavior!

I lived here for a year and a half and was very happy with Saddle Brook! The apartments were updated with brand new appliances and the units were very spacious. I loved the friendly neighborhood and plenty of space to walk my dog. The office staff were very helpful and always in a timely matter. Lots of events for residents to attend, including free taco truck on Cinco de Mayo! Very fair with pricing and returning of security deposit. In unit washer and dryer, underground parking, own private porch, and pool for the summertime! Highly recommend for anyone looking in the area.

Saddle Brooks is a beautiful community! It is quite with spacious apartments lots of green space. Me and my dogs love living here!!

My husband and I moved into an apartment here a few months ago and we have loved our experience! Our neighbors are incredibly friendly, the apartment is gorgeous, and the staff have been very helpful. They’ve responded quickly to the questions and requests we’ve had. It’s been a lovely place to live, and we are so glad we picked it!

My daughter Cassandra paid $25.00 for an application and when she came at the scheduled time she said they were full and then said they would try to put her on a waiting list. Very rude, this happened on 2/10/2020.
