This hotel was a wonderful stay! Unfortunately I had reserved at a different hotel that was absolutely filthy but after calling and speaking to the late night staff I realize that this one would be a much better choice! The woman I spoke with was very kind and understanding and willing to help. She didn't have a room for me to stay that night but have my stay covered the rest of the week which was great! All of the staff here were friendly and very helpful! My room was tended to and the whole hotel was very clean the entire time I loved that they were pet friendly because I had two small dogs with me! This hotel truly was a blessing given the circumstances with the prior Hotel Arrangements I had.
Staff has been very friendly and helpful. They have went above and beyond making us feel welcome here. We are here for a 10u girls softball tournament so we have a crew of rowdy girls and they have been super helpful and accommodating. They even let the girls stay late in the pool! (As long as they were quiet) The room and common areas of the hotel have been very clean and sanitizer is placed for easy use.
Overall. I liked the property. Some might slam them for a chip in the bathtub or mold in the seam where two shower panels meet, but overall the room was clean and appeared well maintained. The bed was very comfortable but I did not sleep that well due to slamming of room doors throughout the night. Not their fault that some are inconsiderate. I am not a fan of clean towels being kept next to the sink p trap or artwork in the bathroom. Room had a heavy bleach smell (good). Will stay again when in this area..
Very welcoming front desk staff after a long cross country road trip. Quick check in. Sanitary. Lots of smiles and helpful suggestions. Very clean. Then the bed...so soft and extra comfy! Didn’t realize how perfect it was until the next night at a hotel a few states away with a firm, firm mattress. Lol! This hotel exceeded expectations in all aspects! Location was close off the Highway, food places close to eat, and more! Excellent parking and pet friendly! We will stay here on the return trip for sure!!!
I give it all A's down the card. If your looking for a safe,comfortable, quiet place to stay,then these guys are what your looking for. Clean,inside and out. Friendly,cheerful,helpful employees. Nice rooms,with extra amenities. Laundry room,gym,pool,room service.nYou'll forget your troubles for awhile...ud83dude01
