They were very polite and attentive to my issue when I spoke to them on the phone. They answered phone immediately, I did not wait on hold, and my problem was resolved timely and efficiently. The officer was polite and helpful too! I often see them patrolling my street and around the neighborhood. I feel very safe and at peace knowing they are being active. Thanks for your service!

I was woken up this morning by the ringing of my doorbell at 6:40am. I had my boyfriend go check the door because no one should be at my apartment that early in the morning without being invited. We didn’t promptly open the door because of how early it was, so he rang the doorbell again. My boyfriend opened the door, and the officer didn’t introduce himself and asked for me. I went to the door, and the officer served me child support court papers. This obviously means I have a child, and I’d the officer had the least bit of curiosity, he would’ve been mindful of the time, he would’ve assumed my child was sleeping.nHe also didn’t have me sign anything documenting I had been served, which was very abnormal.nI also live in a gated complex, which you aren’t allowed into without a gate code or access card. This means he must have followed someone in because the office was closed to allow anyone access to enter. I think the officer that represented the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Department today was very unprofessional.

I’ve contacted the records department several times in regards to public records & I must say, I had the absolute worst experience with Ms. Susan. She was the rudest person I’ve come into contact with at LPSO. Not only did she cut me off mid sentence (several times), she answered every question as if I was stupid, and was aggressive both times we spoke. She was obviously in a hurry to shoo me away. If your job makes you that unhappy, then get a new one. ud83dude44

They answered my call and the dispatcher was receptive to my complaint of rampant speeding down our road. The deputies always look astute, and not loitering around doing nothing. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a great police force.... keep it up

If you ever have a noise complaint like me and have been calling on the same person for over 2 years, they dont do anything to help. Called for an attempted break in and they told me I was crazy. Wonderful group of officers ud83dude44
