Alexandria Police Department

I had to stop here to get an accident report. I was happily surprised with how organized and kind the staff was. These people work hard and rarely receive the praise they deserve. Thank you all!

My son was stranded in the town of Alexandria. He had no money, no car, no ID. I called this department. They found him and helped him. I am forever grateful.

Went in to get an accident report. Ladies at the window we’re very friendly and the lady that answered before hours was just as friendly. When I called the lady who answered was very polite and professional in answering my questions and gave me specific directions on what to do to get what I needed.

Literally just called and reported two kids breaking in to cars on my street. they got into one of mine, nothing taken but were still walking down the road. Thought I would report a crime in progress type of thing to the police, thought that’s who you call for that type of thing. I was told by the polite woman on the phone, if I wanted to make a report thats all they could do. Found this unhelpful.
