I had a huge latex paint mishap on Sunday night - nearly half a gallon spilled on our carpet during our renovation project.nnI called Able Carpet first thing Monday morning, and they were at my house by 10:30 to work on getting the stain out. I was willing to pay anything to get this out - but they only charged us $90. Amazing! Thank you so so much for helping us out in a pinch! You earned a new customer - we will definitely use Able in the future for our annual carpet cleaning services.
Kevin and his team were prompt and courteous (both administratively and with service). They did great work, our carpet was filthy from our golden/chow mix and whatever the former owners did to it. Now we have no fear of letting our infant grow into a toddler crawling on it. My only regret is that I didn't get pictures of before and the after ones are after we walked on it some. We will refer our friends and have them clean our carpet once a year as recommended.
Once again Able did a fabulous job. Easy to schedule, friendly employees, expert job, fast & reasonable. Could one ask for more? Highly recommend!
Keith did a great job on our carpets. Right after that our dog ate a pen and had ink all over our just cleaned carpets! Keith came back for free and removed it! It was a miracle and we appreciate that he came back for FREE! Now that's customer service! Thanks again!
