Close to I 10, pet friendly, clean rooms. Breakfast kinda lousy but thats due to covid. Staff was 50/50 on friendliness.

Door doesn't latch, shower is just a trickle, tv doesn't work. At least I didn't hit my head on the showerhead.

Great experience overall. The personnel working here are great, they are very friendly and welcoming. We started our day by going down to get some breakfast which was always warm and fresh. The ladies working the breakfast are very nice and helpful with a great heart. I have never stayed at a hotel where every single employee has a smile on there face and actually enjoy doing what they do. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

They charged my card for someone else room all 3 night we were there. Jason Montgomery assured me that the problem was corrected. I get home and I get charged again but this time it had been an issue getting my money put back into my account they overdraft. I’ve called all day and even contacted IGH and still haven’t heard anything from anyone regarding my concerns.

My husband took me for my birthday weekend. Arriving they made us feel at home. Very courteous, clean room, and the breakfast was great.. we will be returning...,
