I have very fond memories of this place from when I was a kid. You could stand in the ocean water for what seemed like a half mile and the quaint little rental houses off the shore are so welcoming. Can't wait to take my own family one day. God bless all who are reading this review.

The toys people have will knock your socks off and the people will out em back on for you. Want the definition of Louisiana nice? Look at the people here and you'll see. Oh and the first thing that happened was the nice guy who owns the rental shop walked up and warned us our camper was in a bad spot and gave us a great location to keep from the water. These people earned five stars.

Before we arrived the owner called to let us know we could reschedule due to a huge storm coming through if we wanted to. He wanted us to enjoy our stay and knew we wouldn't have much beach time for the weekend. We opted to stay because we couldnt reschedule but we thought it was really nice of him to offer. When we arrived he was really down to earth, easy going, courteous and helpful. The camper he set us up in was cute and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and seems to be really safe. I can say we have enjoyed our stay here and would recommend anyone to vacation with the guys!
