This trailer started coming apart on the roof seam from year one. Now we have like 5-6 places it has come apart. And the frame was wrong when we bought it originally, frame was missing on the top of the axle. They were kind enough to come get it and fix that part and return it back to us. All and all I would not recommend this trailer!!

I worked there for 9 years when they were Haulmark. The office staff and managers were turnkey so the professionalism and customer service exceptional. Darren in Sales is outstanding and Don (General Manager) has over 30 years experience. The complaints given here regarding jailers working there are for 2 reasons. Its not because its cheap labor. Reason one is there is a 0% unemployment is Springville so how can you hire people who are already working. Second, it gives individuals a nice segue into working once released. These individuals have minor offenses, its part of the criteria. The Arnold family in Bristol have extensive knowledge of the trailer industry and a great reputation of integrity. And to the comment of all they want is numbers, its a manufacturing job. Business is all about the numbers, unless you're fast food my friend.

Bought a brand new 20 ft. enclosed trailer in December, while adding some additional wiring to be able to leave battery tenders on my 4-wheelers through the winter months, I discovered that all of the wiring they put in the trailers is connected with scotch locks, which will probably last log enough for the warranty to expire before having major problems with the lights, and I don't even want to think of how they wired in the elec. brakes which will be exposed to the rain, snow etc, so they will probably fail even sooner. I just read a few of the other reviews on look trailers, wish I had been smart enough to have done that before buying the thing, looks like their wiring is not the only thing that is very poor quality, a few others have had major problems with the axels also, brand new trailers stuck in the middle of nowhere because of poor quality and workmanship, sounds like a reason not to pay several thousand dollars for their trailers.
