I just can't do it, live so close, but I'd rather go to the other off 94. The store is clean, but I just can't stand the employees. I have never had a good interaction with any of them. They're..stuck up? I don't know, it stinks because it is convenient for me to go here,but I'd rather be a bit inconvenienced and go to the other one. I've tried to go back to this one multiple times, thinking they might just of had a bad day, etc.. no just bad lives I guess. I Love KwikTrip, but not this one. It won't matter anyway, they're always super busy, but I hope someone sees this and says something to the employees.. but I won't hold my breath.
You have a employee a old crusty man who follows customers into store who dont have faced wrapped in mask. I almost slapped his ass... fix this! Got in my face! This old crust even wanted to have me step outside? kidding me?
I’ve been to multiple Kwik Trip locations but this one has always been my favorite. Super friendly staff and they always have a great food selection.
I was $1.75 shy for filling up my gas tank. Your employee took out his wallet and paid the balance after I told him i was having a rough day. Top notch customer service. This is company who cares! He deserves a raise!
Kwik Trip is the best gas station. I don’t go anywhere else. The app/KT card has great discounts and deals. The staff is always friendly. I recommend everyone to check out the Kwik Trip twitter account - it is hilarious and on point.
