I go because it is close and they use plastic liners in the tub. But the water is always just lukewarm, even if you tell them when you ask for a pedicure. They will make a big deal out of draining the water and refilling and then adding hot water from a teakettle. Why not turn up the hot water heater?
I liked going here to get dipped nails initially. I appreciated that they didn’t take too long and looked good. Then about 10 months ago I had one nail stylist in particular give me awful looking nails! I asked for ombré. First I asked if it would be extra and she said no. She definitely did not understand me and was just saying things because I was charged $15 extra after everything. If I would have known this I would have gotten a solid color. To make things worse it took her over 2 1/2 hours to finish my nails and I was becoming very anxious because of how long it took her. They also looked horrible. Instead of being ombré and transitioning into the color there was a straight line were they had been dipped. I painted over them and haven’t got my nails done since!
I don’t go anywhere else to get my nails done any more. The pedicures are always great and they do a great job fitting you in for walk ins. I also get dip manicures and Thuy is wonderful. She is so personable and I know they will last and look amazing when she does them.
Great services and well priced! Love the ladies that work here, they make the experience wonderful and relaxing!
These ladies are awesome! I don’t go anywhere else even when friends invite me to join. They saved my big toe nails from removal starting in October 2019. The last little nub growth of old toe nail just got trimmed off today! Could not be more thankful for all the ladies here and their skills!
