Arbor Ridge New Homes Subdivision

Great Neighborhood, but as another person mentioned, stay away from Cole Coombs. My realtor and I had numerous issues trying to get ahold of him, or getting a phone call returned. We chose to buy elsewhere due to this.

While we’ve enjoyed the location that we picked to move to...our purchase thru Realtor Cole Coombs here at Arbor a Ridge was filled with lies and deceptive practices. He was reported to the Kansas Real Estate Commission for his actions. Many of us had multiple problems with him throughout the buying/building process. Please use an independent agent that you can trust if choosing to buy here at Arbor Ridge.
