What a great company this is! I had called on a Sunday, and believe it or not, they do callbacks on Sundays! Kyle called and was super friendly on the phone. Bobby came the very next day, and he was just so friendly, kind, and he was able to identify the problem right away. You can tell how knowledgeable he is, and you can just tell what a good person he is. In general, I think people are always suspicious of service-providing companies, worried they’re going to be taken advantage of and overcharged. But I can promise you, this company is not out to be bamboozle anybody. They are just honest, fair, and operate with integrity. And they’re a local, family owned company, which is wonderful to support! And they’re funny (check out their Facebook! Gotta love a company with a sense of humor, haha)!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the team at Water Source, especially Bobby. He has helped us with several projects, large and small, and he approaches every job with the same degree of attention to detail. Today he installed two new toilets and flow valves for all our bathrooms and we are incredibly pleased with the outcome. He is a pleasure to have in our home: personable, respectful and a really good teacher. Water Source will always be our go-to plumbing resource.

As always, Kyle was prompt, efficient, professional, and helpful. He arrived at the appointed time, assessed the situation, and repair the leaking joints on 2 20-year old water lines in the crawlspace of the house. Moreover, he cleaned up the standing water and made sure all faucets and toilets were functioning properly. He provided solid advice about the existing water heaters to help plan for the future. These guys are terrific and I recommend them highly.

I have used Water Source Plumbing several times over the last few years at two different properties and EVERY time have been very impressed with their professionalism! They are very responsive, courteous, fair and knowledgeable. They are a great family run business!

I first started using Water Source when they were the only plumbing service that would help me July 4, 2017. I will always be grateful to Kyle for working on a holiday. I continue to use Water Source because they are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They are always on time and give a courtesy call before arriving. Kyle is very patient with me by taking time to explain and show me the plumbing work that needs to be done. I highly recommend Water Source Plumbing.
