I sent an email to Liberty Plumbing on a Sunday to replace a hot water heater, and I received a very prompt response. Monday two gentlemen, by the names of Dawson and Robert, came to my property and changed out the hot water heater. They were on time, very professional, and efficient. We are very satisfied with the service Liberty Plumbing provided, and I most definitely would use Liberty Plumbing again.
Chris replaced my water heater today ... awesome guy on time , got to it ...answered questions that I had ... didn’t take long he was in and out. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.... being honest this was one of those experiences where you didn’t mind spending that money if you know what I mean ....nnPreciate you Chris and liberty plumbing

I have nothing but great things to say about Liberty Plumbing! My husband and I discovered a leak and called them that night and Chris came out the next morning. He was amazing!! So professional, knew what he was doing and gave great explanations for all the questions we had. He was very friendly and really left a lasting impression. We are DEFINITELY calling Liberty Plumbing next time we have any issues and have to to have Chris every time. He truly was that great.
Scheduled someone to come out for a quote. I blocked out my work schedule for several hours and they never showed up and they never called. I called them to find out what happened. And they said they were just too busy to come. I asked why no one called. They said they were too busy. They provided no respect of communicating this and I lost valuable work time. Not acceptable to take others time for granted! I am busy at work as well.
