Found their name on a web search. Called them about installing a hot water heater that I was going to purchase. Jeremy came out and gave me 2 estimates, 1 for installing the hot water heater that I was going to purchase and 1 for the removal of the existing hot water heater and installing their brand. What can I say about Jeremy, nothing but positive things! Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. I went with his suggestion, set up the appointment to have the job done, they came when they were scheduled to and completed the job in less than 2 hours. And the cost for everything was well within my budget and came in a lot lower than other friends I know that had the same plumbing issue! I definitely recommend them and will use them again when I have plumbing issues!nnOnly 1 slight hiccup with the installation. Jeremy and Ben, his assistant, did not clean up some of the left over mess from the removal and installation process :-(. I was little bit shocked that the attention to detail was missed. I called and spoke with the office manager and she assured me that this is not how they do things. She apologized and indicated some additional training for all their plumbers would be forth coming.
We are first time home owners and have had a great experience with Affordable Plumbing Solutions. Jeremy was wonderful today helping us with a leaky toilet and pipes under the house. We knew they were the one to call when they helped us with our water heater day one at no charge. Since then they have been timely, professional and easy to reach. I will definitely be using them in the future.
I had to have a new water line installed today. Jeremy, Matt, and Ben did the work. They were friendly and professional. They did the whole job in 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend you call them for all your plumbing needs!!
Affordable plumbing is the best way to go. They have warranty, the are professional and very friendly. We recently moved from Miami to Fort Valley and needed some work done on our new home. I spoke with Amy and she is awesome, she is sweet and will call for an earlier push time if they have. Matt was great and knows his work and made us feel comfortable. And Dusty is awesome we will always use them for our home repairs.
Mat and his co-worker showed up as scheduled. Removed the old water heater and installed the new one really fast. Affordable Plumbing will be my go to business for all my plumbing needs. I give them 10 stars.
