I could not have asked for a better home selling experience. Jeremy and team know the market and know how to use technology to find the right buyer at the right price where everyone is happy. He is engaging with his customers before, during and after the sale/purchase. I will recommend him to everyone I can find.

The Callahan Group was amazing and we are so grateful that we had them sell our house. Selling a house can be stressful and you feel like everything has to be perfect, but they were great at taking as much stress out of the equation as possible. They came up with a great marketing campaign and our house sold incredibly quickly. Communication was easy and I always felt that they had our best interest at heart.

Thanks to Jeremy, Jason and Angie with the Callahan group we are now living in our dream home! They were there for us the whole way. From getting our old house ready and on the market to closing on our new one. While I’m NOT suggesting you call them in the middle of the night, they are faithful in answering or getting back to you quickly no matter what time you call. They really do care about their clients. Jeremy has been with us throughout the home buying process, which has been about 2 years due to the current state of the market. We looked at so many houses that House Hunters would’ve kicked us off the show. Despite being somewhat picky and indecisive, Jeremy stayed patient and encouraging. He was always very willing to show us houses no matter the location, time of day, or amount of notice we gave him. If he was ever unable to meet us (which was hardly ever), Jeremy’s team was always willing to show us houses. Jeremy would follow up very soon after (think less than an hour) to review what we liked and disliked and put in a competitive offer.nnJeremy & Angie have continued to be available to answer our questions as first time homebuyers. Their communication with us has been top notch, keeping our nerves at bay. When we had difficulties with our loan officers or insurance company, Jeremy & Angie have provided us valuable recommendations which has saved us money. Jeremy is very conscious of your budget and never pushed us to max that out. He worked very hard to keep us within payments that we could comfortably afford while still finding the perfect house to start our family in.
