Tad’s energy and efforts on our behalf were amazing. He went to great efforts and expended the resources needed to properly market the property we had for sale. Even though he was obviously already familiar with the general locale, he researched the history of our property in ordering to fully inform buyers. I would have no hesitation in using him again to sell another property or to assist with buying a property.

Tad has helped me acquire 2 properties in the last year. He works hard and is very good at what he does.
