Don't deal with Joe. He is the most unethical, unprofessional, and worst business owner I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. One example out of the 50 or so i have is as a renter. My roommate and I spent the month of December one year without heat, as the gas was leaking in the basement of the complex. Joe attempted to have the tenants pay for the gas bill that month, despite receiving no heat with temperatures well below freezing some nights. I sadly had the experience of dealing with Joe, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this business.nn633 North Ocoee Street, APT 2 Cleveland, TN. The building that the state will undoubtedly demolish soon. Not surprised by your response.
