Gene and his crew did a nice job on our septic system pumping and repair. The house is over 20 years old and the septic system has likely never been pumped, judging by the yard items that had been installed over the tank. The tank was almost completely full of sludge, and the outlet tee needed to be replaced. They pumped part of the tank one day, and came back the next day to finish cleaning it out and do the repair. Gene kept me updated on every step and answered all my questions. The workers were cordial and obviously knew what they were doing. If I have future septic needs, Septic Plus will be at the top of my list to call.nnThe quote for our tank pumping was based on six inches of sludge. Unless you are really on top of your septic tank maintenance, most tanks will have more sludge than that. Also, it is quite common for the outlet tee to need to be replaced - something like 30% of tanks, if I remember correctly. I recommend asking the prices of these additional items ahead of time.

Septic Tank maintenance pumping, baffle filter cleaning. Gene was cordial, the crew was prompt and professional. If you are getting a maintenance pump, understand that the depth of the hard sludge floating on top increases the price. 6 inches is minimal, so expect 24 to 36 inches. The Industry standards for pumping range 300.00 to 600.00 I gave used 3 different companies, I will be calling Septic Plus back. I hope to see Gene again in a few years ud83dude4f Best wishes.
