Before the technician arrived Roto Rooter confirmed with me by phone and text. I was texted a photo of my technician so I felt secure and safe in who would be arriving. Corey Nelson was prompt, professional and very tidy with his workspace. He explained my issue, fixed the problem and even offered some tips for maintaining efficient plumbing. I highly recommend Corey and Roto Rooter!

Had a pretty big issue going on with a clog. Tony came out, VERY polite, VERY knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand exactly what he was talking about with my ZERO knowledge of plumbing! Highly recommend! In fact so satisfied have someone coming back out to give a quote on some more work we are going to have done.
