Service is great. So is staff. They offer same day service during the week and are always very helpful. They really care. Their work is fantastic. All my clothes come back flawless. They help with buttons as well. I really appreciate this place on a weekly basis.
I’ve been a customer here since I started my current job. I have never had a bad experience until this week. The customer service is always great. I picked up my shirts this week to find them all with multiple stains on them. I had to pay again to take them to a different dry cleaners, so I could wear them to work. Very disappointing, do not know if I will continue to be a returning customer.
I dropped two shirts and a pair of pants off Monday morning to your McCallie location. The young lady told me they were behind and it would be Thursday before my clothes would be ready. I explained to her I had an emergency situation and asked if I could pick up Wednesday 11/28 and pay more. She told me no problem I could pick up today after 4pm, and wrote it on the card. My roommate stopped to pick up the clothes only to be told that just the pants were ready. This is unacceptable. It isn't unacceptable because people get behind, I understand that. It is unacceptable because your employees made assurances they couldn't keep. If you can't do something than you state that up front, and I would have taken my clothes elsewhere. I will not do business with Gordons again.
