When I picked up my clothes I noticed a dark stain on the bottom of one of my shirts. The shirt was brand new when I brought it in. I asked what it was and they told me someone must have dropped it. It’s strange to think the floor in a dry cleaner is dirty enough to cause this big of a stain. I asked what they could do about it and they informed me they could refund the cost of dry cleaning the shirt ($3.00). This does not seem like an appropriate compensation for the damage caused. I’m attaching a picture of the stain. I was going to use this shirt for a job interview. Now I need to get a new shirt and find a new dry cleaner.
