Machines work great. The place was clean. I however had a bad experience with the custodian. When I arrived and the entire time I was there I was the only paying person in the building. I loaded my laundry and went out to have a cigarette and wait for my laundry to wash. When I placed my laundry in the dryer he showed me the Covid sign that I must wait outside for my clothes to dry and not sit and watch the tv. The whole time I was there he was not wearing a mask himself plus there was someone else loitering in the building and not doing laundry. He said that was ok because he knew her. When I went back in to fold my clothes he told me I was not permitted to fold them there. I was upset with him by this time and he asked me to leave. I did so but not without asking him which rules he ambiguously wants customers to follow and which do not need to be followed. I should have known this was not a good place to do my laundry as the person that was leaving when I arrived was taking pictures of the phone number for comments which is exactly what I did when I left. I however informed the customer just arriving of my experience and he headed my advice and did not do his laundry there.
My first time ever going to this location and most likely will be the last, plenty of machines but unfortunately the place was trashed.
Depending on the time as to weather it's clean, or not.

Washing Machines work well dryers not as well as some I've used takes around 2 dollars to dry a load 45mins to dry
