Mike did a fantastic job selling our home. We had previously listed it with another agent and it had not gone well. Mike put together a very professional and high tech promotion package that resulted in multiple bids within a few days of listing. It would be difficult to imagine how the process could have gone any smoother or produced a better result. My wife and I would highly recommend Mike.

Mike did a fantastic job selling my condo. I had it on the market previously with a different realtor and had no luck. Mike took on the listing, aggressively worked to sell the unit and was successful. He was also readily available by phone, email or text, and always responded quickly to anything I needed. We've worked with Mike a few times now and I really don't see a reason to work with anyone else. He works quickly and aggressively to get your house sold and always makes himself available - via email or phone - to answer questions, get documents sent over, etc. His approach is direct which I appreciate; he'll tell you what you need to hear in the name of accomplishing your goal whether it's selling or buying. In short, he's a total pro.

Mike Martin did a great job selling my mother's home. It had been on the market with a prior realtor and we couldn't get a reasonable offer.
