My neighbor's dog has separation anxiety. Whenever my neighbor leaves, this dog barks and whines nonstop until he returns. This has been going on for the better part of this year, interrupting my sleep and working from home. I've brought this up to the staff here, and after several months of back and forth and hearing them tell me that they're working on it, nothing has happened. The barking continues.nnTo be clear, I have reached out to my leasing office about this tenant multiple times. The first email I sent was in July. The last email I sent was October 1st, which was responded with a phone call where I was told that the dog was just barking at the sound of somebody passing. That's not what's going on. I can hear when people walk by in the halls. When the owner is home, this dog is very well behaved as far as I can tell. When this dog barks, it's for five minutes at a time at a MINIMUM. And most dogs wouldn't whine in that case. But I digress.nnI was told on August 14 that another resident complained of the barking- I'm not the only one. I didn't even want to write a review about this, but emailing to the leasing office has gotten me nowhere.nnIn hindsight, this probably should have been a review for the Lofts at Brookfield Hills. I may move this review there. Or I could just delete it if some action is finally taken.

Great apartments (lofts) and fantastic staff, I recommend The Club at Brookfield Hills. Kasey is very helpful and tries to get the best solution in tough situations, thank you !nDoug , Justin and others always maintained the property, maintenance staff is outstanding.

I highly recommend living at Club at Brookfield Hills apartments. Nice sized apartment choices and well kept.I lived in the Lofts. The building was very well maintained and management is very responsive and extremely friendly. Madison and Kasey are very helpful and nice,

Hi All, my highest praise and appreciation to Madison C. in the office, and the maintenance men who responded to my failed refrigerator in such a timely basis. I called Madison and she promptly put the call in and within 15 minutes she called me to let me know things were in motion. All of the food was in great shape due to their terrific actions. We kept proper distance-I was in another room-while they removed the failed unit and installed the new appliance. Again, cudos and hats off to these wonderful employees of Brookfield Hills Apartments. Thank YOU!

Great apartment with a wonderful view. A very warm and welcoming community. I especially love the common area and the library - great place to catch up with other moms or kick back and read a book. The leasing staff were super helpful and accommodative, considering our need for an immediate move in. Very prompt and respectful maintenance staff as well! Would definitely recommend The Club!
