Sarah was a godsend. She made the selling of our home easy and rewarding. She even took the pictures of our house to be posted on the web and they were beautiful. It maybe wasn't typical but she sold our home in one day. She was always available to answer questions and we would highly recommend her to be your real estate go to.

We worked with Sara to sell our house as we prepared to move out of state for a new job. After interviewing multiple real estate agents Sara came in and recommended the highest listing price of the three and she was able to help us stage our home and we still got over asking price! Sara was great to work with and very patient with us as we were first time home sellers. We were able to contact her at any time during the day and she was always prompt in returning phone calls and texts. She had our best interest in mind in every transaction. I don't understand why you would go with any other agent. Her commission fee is the best around.

I highly recommend Sara Pakula as your relator. We have worked with her for three transactions, and gearing up to sell/purchase again! She has been a huge support through the whole process. Not only is she smart and realistic, but she is someone you can trust! She has your best interest in mind. Her whole business model proves this. That combination can be hard to find.nnWe just met with Sara again today to go through some ideas on how to prepare before we list in the spring. Having her take the time to meet with us so far out before we list again just proves she is not looking for quick payout. She is truly invested in our family and it has been such a positive experience growing together over the years.
