Great place to live. Spacious area, we rented out the clubhouse a number of times for parties, pool is a nice spot for summer time. Management is easy to get a hold of and very good to work with. highly recommend!

Sanctuary of Woodshire apartments are centrally located in New Berlin off the busy Moorland road with quick access to highways.nnThe apartment buildings are spread out in the campus and pretty good. The apartment that we visited for dinner with our friends was furnished with good light fixtures in the kitchen and living areas. The apartment is spacious and has 3 bedrooms. The kitchen may be a little small but practical. The apartment have one garage space that is heated.

Nice apartments. Allow larger dogs. Don't count on getting your full security deposit back when leaving

Terrible Experience just trying to rent an apartment. After falling in love with the corner model unit, we decided to come in the next day to apply and put down a holding fee and view the actual corner unit we would be renting. Upon arriving the next day we were slyly shown an inside unit. To our greatest regret we went ahead and applied, but later decided that we originally were told we would have a corner unit and that's what we wanted, so we then informed them and they apparently no longer have that corner unit they offered us and can't hold our application until a new unit becomes available... in fact we would have to REAPPLY and REPAY all the same fees..

Awful place to live...poorly taken care of. Poorly insulated; WATER IN GARAGES EVEN IN WINTER..POTHOLES GALORE..HOT WATER TAKES FOREVER TO REACH KITCHEN AND DISHWASHER; Der takes 2 cycles to dry..repairs never finished. I have been waiting 6 months to have patio repairs completed...just not mail rained with unresponsive staff...mostly easement with no action
