Jay and Sara helped us purchase land to build on. They were very helpful and were quick to respond to any questions we had. When it came time for us to put in our offer, Jay was there to help us. Jay and his team are excellent to work with. Jay was instrumental in helping my wife and I process our home buying decision. I do not think the title ‘Realtor’ fits how Jay approaches the relationship. Jay takes a consultative approach versus trying to sell his clients on a property. Jay and his team use their extensive market knowledge to help potential buyers weigh the pros and cons of the property they are looking at. Jay pointed out flaws in a property that my wife and I would not have caught on our own. His consultation, patience and professionalism ultimately led to us finding our dream home! Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with as a realtor. I got recommended him by my mom's friend, and he did not disappoint. I started looking for a house all the way back in May 2020, but as we started looking I found out all the hoops I had to jump through for financing as a recent college graduate with not much work history, but a great 2020 financially. Jay worked with me for a month before helping me understand what it would take to get the financing and make the home happen, and he stayed in touch with me all the way up to August when I finally secured the financing and was able to actively offer on homes. His expertise on both the local area, the market, and the specifics of the houses from the basement foundation, to the roof, to the amount of repairs that would need to go into it, Jay always had an answer. If he didn't, he would help me understand to the best of his ability. Jay was also extremely accessible and would go completely out of his way to help me whenever he didn't have another appointment scheduled. It felt like I was his most coveted client, even though my budget was very small. He also always, and I mean always, thought in the best interest of me. He never tried to push me into something just to get a sale, or told me to offer higher just to have me finally win a bidding war. He really sat back and let me feel the situation out until I felt like I found the one I wanted to go after. I would recommend Jay to every single family friend or family member I have, or even a stranger that were looking to buy a home in the Milwaukee area.

We worked with Jay as first time homebuyers and we are so thrilled we did. Jay walked us through every detail of a house and answered every question we had, even taking the time to go down rabbit holes to be sure we fully understood what we were getting into.
