I have brought my “cars” to your Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga location for years because of your excellent service and quality. Your prices have always been higher than other competitors, however, as I stated earlier, I chose you because of your service and quality!nnI must say the last 2 experiences have been less than desirable. The employee processing and accepting your payment is not friendly and appears to not be as informed on your services and procedures and how to complete the transactions. In fact, he was engaged in a verbal altercation with another employee while I was speaking to him.nnNow today, as I went through the automatic wash, clearly no soap or cleaning chemicals were being used to clean- very little to no appearance of these cleaning agents in the process! Not sure if this is lack of replenishment or cost savings? I hope the full service crew will be able to clean the remainder of the dirt still on my car. I want to say the service crew has Always done a great job, so my trust is still in them- well, I will see shortly when they are done!nnI want you to know that I am a loyal customer, do not desire anything for free or reimbursement. I will spend around $75 dollars with you today including tips and only want you to correct these gaps because we all have bad days! Although, this is my second disappointment in my last back to back visits! I only want you and your teams to do better!! I want to do business with you but I expect the same level of service and quality because in fact, you set the bar for me at the beginning. I paid for the $33.99 detail cleaning. I have been here before and was pleased with the service. Not today. When I got home I had to clean my windshield- it was only cleaned down the center of the driver and passenger part of the window. The interior treatment was half way done. The door jambs were dirty. The exterior was fairly clean but several area were missed. Cup holder was not clean.nnI was disappointed and will not return.

Good job on the truck.. and the girl who cleaned our wheels was so sweet.. Didn't get her name but she was a lil brunette.. Thanks guys

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Price for the deluxe car wash is up, now $53, but no where near as much up as tge hour wait time to get your car. Wont be coming hear again, thats for sure!

Came in to vacuum out my car and was very happy to find the vacuum was free and powerful. Was the third car wash I went to that day, it will now be the first on my list.
