Kim always gives a great haircut and color! I always love it! She is very friendly, really listens to what you want and is very knowledgeable and experienced. Her salon is so cute and cheerful and is located in a charming building with parking. Her salon is very clean, safe and private. She is the only stylist in the space so I felt very safe getting my hair cut and colored during the pandemic. I highly recommend Kim and Love It Salon!

I go to Kim at Southern Roots in Mount Juliet. She is the best. She is professional, funny, caring, listener, and even on a bad day, plows through it making sure her customers are happy and content.
