I'm giving this place a 1 star because I was pretty much dismissed when Inmade them aware of the stylist Sheila's mistake after I received a cut that was nothing like what I asked for and as shown in the pic which I showed to the stylist. (It was cut about 3 inches shorter than the hair in the pic.)nThey did give a refund but Sheila did not even speak with me about it. I communicated through her sister & she made it apparent that I shouldn't come back and that Sheila wouldn't be comfortabledoing my hair again. Like, what? I did nothing wrong. I just made them aware of the mistake. I felt traumatized by the experience.nMy back was to the mirror also throughout the whole cut so I had no idea what was being done.nI was very disappointed because I thought I had found a great place near where I live.nI did have a nice visit and hold nothing against the place but she should have faced up to her mistake and took accountability for it.nThankfully I at least was given a refund. But nothing can change how my hair has been done. Except time and for it to grow. Until then I'll probably need to buy a wig to wear out.
Been going to Susan for many many years and she is always wonderful. Never had any issues. If you're needing to get your haircut they will hook you up.
Live the atmosphere and amazing women that work here. Top notch quality!

The stylist's here are awesome, especially Makala! Very affordable, convenient and are very professional. Love, love this place. Highly recommend them!
