We're about to sign our third year of lease with Ginny's rentals and I cannot say enough good things about this company. They always help as soon as they can and with the best people for the job, and the units are very fairly priced. Lauren runs the rental company and is fantastic, she's always very helpful and quick with solving issues that may arise. Mr. Don is the maintenance man and he's always there to help as soon as you need him in any capacity he can. Our AC went out this summer and when the repair company was slow to respond, he loaned me his own portable unit without a second thought. They're a family company with good, honest people who aren't just out to collect their check and go about their day, they really do their best to take care of their tenants.

Rented with Ginny’s Rentals- was super impressed with how quickly they responded to service calls. For example, our washer went out and a new one was there and installed the same day. Lauren is always super sweet and does a great job managing the properties!
