I had a comforter cleaned here and they destroyed it. They asked to try to fix it and it took months. Even though they took my number to call me, they never would. I had to stop by to check on it. Each time it wasn't right and they asked for more time. Eventually, I asked for them to replace it. They refused. I only got my $20 cleaning fee back. No apology. I told them I would not be back.

No problem with their work but the drop off process seems a bit disorganized and my clothes weren't ready when promised - required 2 trips. All the cleaning equipment is visible - no partition from drop off area - the environment could be a little more sanitary looking.
